Most misunderstandings in the world could be avoided if people would simply take the time to ask, “What else could this mean?” Shannon L. Alder

What is the Organic ScoreCard?

The Organic ScoreCard is a 108-item scale measuring the concept of ‘consciousness’. It was developed by Marcus Andreas Grond, a Dutch philosopher, business consultant and behavioural coach.

What is the mission?

To provide insight into brain strategy and consciousness, effecting positive change in humankind’s development.

What is the process?

Clients complete the TransMind Organic ScoreCard online, allocating points to statements according to their relevance to them. They then undertake a programme of therapy sessions aimed at effecting real change. These can be completed residentially, or via online video calls.

What does the ScoreCard do?

The ScoreCard provides a ‘snapshot’ of a participant’s subconscious, enabling us to decipher healthy and unhealthy processes in the brain. It develops self-consciousness and insight in persons functioning in different work environments. It is also used as an assessment tool and basis for interventions to promote healthy behaviour. In addition, it used as a personal coaching and therapeutic tool.

The Organic ScoreCard questionnaire is completed by respondents in their own time and the findings are presented as an automated report. Customised feedback sessions can be arranged with individual clients or groups of clients (typically workplace groupings like teams or departments).

Interpretation is derived from the resulting score combinations. The scores are plotted on a radar diagram representing the three broad groups of brain energy in red, blue and yellow areas. The significance of each pattern is then discussed.

How does this process help?

Using numerous tailored exercises alongside regular one-to-one therapy sessions we are able to adjust a respondent’s strategy, thinking and behaviours to embrace real change and advancement in personal development towards total awareness.

How do we measure awareness?

By dividing ‘awareness’ into awareness of individuality, time and space, and subdividing each of these items into four aspects, 12 domains of awareness were defined. These 12 domains cover all angles of awareness (and action). Each of these domains can be viewing the world from the perspective of ‘survival’ (brainstem orientation), ‘connection’ (limbic orientation) or ‘trust’ (neocortex orientation). This gives a total of 36 awareness differentiations.

What makes this process unique?

The Organic ScoreCard is the only assessment of its kind that gives unique insight into the participants psyche and provides measurable results. You are not pigeon-holed or labelled. There are more possible ways to complete the Organic ScoreCard than there are atoms in the universe. We encourage clients to complete the ScoreCard annually, enabling us to track change.

What studies have we undertaken?

We have completed studies on addiction, bulimia, stuttering, high school children, the difficulties women have in making careers and cultural changes in organisations.

Is there a timeline of our studies?

In 2004, the assessment tool’s test items were standardised based on a sample of approximately 150 test participants. In 2021, 12 000 test persons have been registered in a reassessment process. Since 2012, the new test items standards were implemented, covering the period from 2012 to 2021. The Organic ScoreCard has now been tested by people from 20 countries (Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Far East, South Africa (various ethnic backgrounds ), Northern Africa, Northern America and New Zealand).

Who can benefit?

There are no real limitations to the application of the Organic ScoreCard other than age (11+) and a basic standard of literacy.

How long does the process take?

The assessment itself is completed online. We suggest you find a quiet space and lend between 20-30 minutes.
