Marc developed the Organic ScoreCard and single-handedly builds his long cherished dream of an autonomous farm in France.
Maarten is an aspiring sailing ship captain. He lived out his childhood dream of serving in the Dutch Marines before launching into a corporate career, facing diverse and often challenging international environments. Next dream is to sail to the high latitudes, with diverse groups and challenging environments: for Maarten it’s more about the journey than the destination. Currently he serves at the helm of the TransMind International, ensuring it remains shipshape.

Alessandra is an Executive Coach and Impact Consultant with experience working across Europe within organisations such as Sky, MTV, Vodafone and Conde Nast. Ale designs strategy and implementation of bespoke programs for senior executives, entrepreneurs and their teams with a focus on leadership development, EQ, change management, impact communication and storytelling, transition coaching and resilience.
Gielie relocated to Sydney, Australia, from South Africa in 2021, establishing TransMind Australia in early 2022. He has 17 years experience coaching at an executive level, assisting people for the regional synod while serving as a Minister in the Dutch Reform Church. His life goal is to guide people on a journey of discovery, while using the Organic ScoreCard to identify what is holding them back and unlocking their real potential.
Daniël lives in sunny Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand and has been designing and developing software since 1985. He studied Computing Science at the Radboud University Nijmegen and has worked as a software architect, software engineer and consultant for companies all over the globe. Daniël’s interests range from artificial intelligence to coffee but gets sea sick easily, so it’s unlikely he’ll ever join Maarten on one of his voyages.
Amela is a very enthusiastic young clinical psychologist who finished her studies at Utrecht University. She loves to help people progress towards their best possibilities, and find ways to upgrade their level of self-effectiveness. She organizes well-being-related activities for students and young professionals in Tilburg. Her finest beauties of life lie in between the sounds of her violin and the exploration of the human mind’s limitations.
