The Team

There are two types of people in the world: those that say, “It’s impossible” and walk away; and those that say “It’s impossible” and try anyway. We at TransMind share a vision, underpinned by real belief, that TransMind and its Organic ScoreCard can help shape a better world.

Here at TransMind, we believe in diversity, ambition and equality, along with a cooperative approach to successful business, driven by unique skills (and of course driven by the ScoreCard).

Although diversity in our team could use some attention, our team consists of four professionals who, in addition to their common belief in the power of the Organic ScoreCard, bring together a wide diversity of backgrounds and skills.

Next to Marc Grond, the founder, are Daniël Rutten, who has been friends with Marc since 1991. Their relationship started when Daniël graduated within a company where Marc was the director. Daniël has been working for TransMind since 2010.

Maarten Post has been friends with Marc since 2005. Maarten and Marc got to know each other in a client/consultant relationship when Maarten worked at a logistics multinational. Maarten has been working for TransMind since 2017.

James Blyth and Marc have been friends since 2019 and have experienced a particularly intense time together that has deepened their friendship in a short time. James has been working for TransMind since 2020.

Maarten Post

Maarten is an aspiring sailing ship captain. He lived out his childhood dream of serving in the Dutch Marines before launching into a corporate career, facing diverse and often challenging international environments. Next dream is to sail to the high latitudes, with diverse groups and challenging environments: for Maarten it’s more about the journey than the destination. Currently he serves at the helm of the TransMind International, ensuring it remains shipshape.

Marc Grond

Marc is a business manager and psychoanalyst, abstract observer and empathetic thinker. He helps people overcome their stumbling block. Like no other Marc is able to take you along in a process of self-development. He combines cheerfulness and serious confrontation. Marc developed the Organic ScoreCard and single-handedly builds his long cherished dream of an autonomous farm in France.

James has a broad range of experience in sales and marketing, enjoying rewarding positions across the world before focusing his attention on mental wellbeing, education & workplace health. Daniël Rutten

Daniël Rutten

Daniël lives in sunny Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand and has been designing and developing software since 1985. He studied Computing Science at the Radboud University Nijmegen and has worked as a software architect, software engineer and consultant for companies all over the globe. Daniël’s interests range from artificial intelligence to coffee but gets sea sick easily, so it’s unlikely he’ll ever join Maarten on one of his voyages.
